Must see Video - Fastest Street Legal Car?

You gotta check out this video.  This guy from England is said to have the fastest street legal car.  It's a modified Vauxhall Victor,  which is an English family car manufactured by General Motors UK Limited (which is owned by General Motors as you may have guessed) and is capable of doing 7.8 second quarter miles.  I'd have to say, that if this car is street legal, that they must have fewer restrictions on what types of vehicles can be driven on public streets and highways in England, than we do here in the U.S.  Or maybe not...Check it out for yourself:
